SmartPA’s expert learning & development programme will provide you with the knowledge and skills to run a successful SmartPA business, as well as delivering SmartPA’s world-class services to clients. This covers everything from building your sales pipeline and selling the SmartPA services, to client delivery and best practice. All SmartPA training is delivered via our bespoke online learning platform, the SmartPA Hub, giving partners the flexibility to learn from home or while still in full-time employment.
Once your business has launched, we don’t just leave you to your own devices. We are here all year round to provide you with ongoing training, business coaching, IT, technology and sales and marketing support. We can even assist you with compiling proposals, closing sales and delivering SmartPA’s services to your clients.
SmartPA are dedicated to supporting the development and success of your business. Each partner is guaranteed a ‘bonus client’ from head office, earning your business £6,000 to£18,000 income per annum (approx. €7,900 to €24,000). You are also provided with hot leads and expert support from our digital marketing team to generate sales. Partners can also increase their income with ‘perks’ and ‘top ups’ from head office.
Need a holiday? Off sick? SmartPA head office is here to support your clients when you’re not. If you need a break, maybe to have a baby, travel or for unforeseen circumstances, SmartPA will manage your clients and still pay you at least a 10% royalty. Not only does this give you flexibility but ensures continued growth and sales for your business.
At SmartPA, we have developed our own technology exclusively for the administrative and back office support function. This includes SmartPA Workflow, our state-of-the-art client data and task management system. Workflow allows partners to accurately manage, monitor and report on tasks for multiple clients at once. It is also a key benefit for clients using SmartPA services because it allows you to provide detailed reports and complete visibility.
