The main workout program in our centres is based on the 30 Minutos® Women-Only Training System. Designed by, and for women, it takes only half an hour and can be done at any time, without pre-fixed time schedules. Our training circuits are a fun, non-competitive, women-only environment with the permanent supervision of a qualified trainer. In addition our centres include both, a cardiovascular and a stretching training zone to help customize each member’s training program.

The 30 Minutos® fitness franchise is designed for people who enjoy dealing with other people, with an open personality, and the ability to inspire and encourage clients. No previous fitness or management experience is required, although some experience in customer service is desirable.
