 Formed in 2003 by Managing Director Steve Parker, Angels Community Home Care Services has matured into a highly respected, quality driven Home Care provider and recruitment specialist.
Angels has a commitment to the highest standards of service, which are implemented by the Franchise Managers that own and operate the offices. Franchise Managers have the professional attitude, management skills and business experience it takes to run an Angels office.
All Angels Home Care offices are registered with C.S.C.I (The Commission for Social Care Inspectorate) and are members of U.K.H.C.A, ensuring the code of conduct for care is enforced throughout our network.

The Market
The Care industry is a rapidly growing market, because care is not just for one specific group of people. Care may be needed by anybody at any time. Whether it’s a disability or mobility problem, or you’re reaching the later years of life when those once-easy tasks are now a bit more difficult, care is necessary.
Our franchisees service a market estimated to spend between £14b – £17b p/a. This is by any account a massive market, but not easy to enter into without support and a trusted brand name.
We have a wide, varied client base, ranging from social services, private individuals, direct payment clients and the residential and nursing home sector.
The Franchise Opportunity
 Angels is a franchise organisation that provides home care and recruitment service through franchised offices. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with management skills who are also business minded to become Franchise Owners.
New Franchisees attend training courses at Head Office, enabling them to operate a professional and successful operation. We do not expect our Franchise owners to be hands-on in care, as service Managers are employed for this role. However, we do require Franchise Managers to be competent business managers.
Angels Home Care takes care of your C.S.C.I registration and provides a full support network for all franchisees. This covers training for you and your staff, on the ground assistance, help with contracts and tender and regular support visits. It is our belief that the more help and support we provide to our Franchisees, the greater success they will achieve.
