Our History

The Company and idea was created by husband and wife team, Andy and Michelle Webb. Andy, who has been in the industry since 1988, ran his own traditional estate agency for many years in Southampton, and has a thorough understanding of the industry and its consumers in general.

With the majority of estate agency business now being done over the telephone or internet, this shift led Andy to create SmartMove - a low cost estate agency that offers everything a customer would expect from a High Street agency, yet at a fraction of the usual cost.

What’s Involved

A SmartMove Licensee's main role is to visit customers who are looking to put their properties on the market, and to actively advertise your business locally in order to generate new customers.
