Franchise opportunities available
The Sovereign Franchise operation has expanded significantly in the last year, and we now have Franchise opportunities available throughout England and Wales, Scotland, and in Northern Ireland, where we will be commencing our activities shortly.
 As a Sovereign Franchisee you can choose to work from home in your exclusive territory as a sole trader practitioner Estate Planning Consultant, (EPC), or you can build a larger business with our help and support, and recruit and manage your own team of EPCs.
One thing that sets Sovereign apart from all other Will-writing Franchises is that your money buys you a post-coded territory with complete exclusivity and protection. In other words, no other person can buy a Franchise for your post-codes, and no other Franchisee can work in your territory.
With some companies you can pay a Franchise fee only to discover that several other people have also puchased a Franchise for your area. With Sovereign you have the exclusive rights to operate the Franchise in your own post-coded area.
The main source of your business will be from clients who are referred to you via our national network of professional introducers. Introducers are primarily Financial Advisers, insurance companies, and other financial services providers.
Additional client appointments may also be made on your behalf by our dedicated in-house call centre team as a result of some of the other national contracts we hold to provide Will Writing services for Newspaper Groups and Charities.
You, as our franchisee in your local area, will visit the clients to take their Will instructions, and provide assistance and guidance on the preparation of their Will and any associated products or services they require. The clients instructions are passed to the Solicitors who produce the Wills and any related documents required.
 It is the combination of our unique Solicitor backed, in-home service, and our total protection of our introducer's clients that has led to us working with some of the best-known financial services companies in Britain, including the Sesame IFA Network, Park Row Associates, Royal Liver Assurance, Endsleigh Insurance, Mint, and many leading IFA and Accountancy practices.
Sovereign also operates the Times Will Writing Service and the Sunday Times Will Writing Service in association with News International Group. This is a joint venture partnership that promotes our unique in-home Solicitor's service via the pages of the Times and Sunday Times Newspapers.
