What are the key steps in launching a Wellwo franchise?

The key stages of launching a Wellwo franchise are focused on ensuring success from the start:

business goals.

How many franchises do you currently have?

Wellwo's franchise model is unique in that we seek to operate with a limited number of one to three franchises per country, ensuring a personalised approach and high quality
support.

Although we launched our franchise last year, we already have franchises in Greece, Cyprus and Portugal, demonstrating our commitment to strategic and well-structured
growth. We hope add new locations in key markets in the coming months.

What areas are currently available and what are your medium-term development objectives?

This year, our priority is to identify franchisees in key markets such as France, Italy and
various regions in Latin America. However, in some cases, such as Mexico, we already
have an established affiliate, so we are not looking for franchisees there. Of course, we
are open to explore new opportunities in other markets where corporate wellbeing is a
priority.

How profitable can a Wellwo franchisee expect to be?

Our business model is designed to offer high profitability potential, thanks to the growing demand for corporate wellness solutions and the exclusivity of our approach.
