A panel of four women - from the UK, the Netherlands, Hungary, and France - had the complex task of choosing the winners at European level for the awards ceremony in Brussels:
- Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchise Association,
- Charlotte Oude Reimer, Director of Nederlandse Franchise Vereniging,
- Katalin Mandel, CEO of the Hungarian Franchise Association,
- Rose-Marie Moins, Director of Development and Animation of the French Franchise Federation.
