What is the franchise fee?

There is a once off fee, which is dependent on the size of territory, or country and the fields of operation.

There is an additional fee payable calculated at the end of each month based on the total sales exclusive of VAT. This fee is incorporated into the cost of the products

How much working capital is required in franchise addition to this?

This is also dependent on the size of operation

Is there exclusive territorial rights given to a unit franchise?

Yes

Are any performance guarantees given to unit franchisees?

What is the anticipated GP on the selling price of the products in %?

40-50%

You will require to purchase equipment for production packing and storage. This we will arrange on your behalf.

Products are developed on a continuous basis, and all new formulations are passed on to the franchisees at no extra cost.
