This is an opportunity that consists of a fully operational business that currently supplies approximately 1 000+ retail stores in Denmark with Card Group´s range of products, existing key account agreements, administrative/ warehouse & sales merchandiser personnel, leased delivery vans, software system for invoicing and warehouse stock control.

This is a complete and fully operational business opportunity to take over and then develop further.

Card Group´s core value is “We are Different” to competitors and it has a unique range of products, which are category top sellers worldwide. The products are sold in many stores such as supermarkets, gift stores, bookstores, kiosks etc.

Card Group offers a unique and high-quality range of greeting cards, gift bags, gift wrap, stickers, party products and accessories.

A unique win-win system has been developed where the stores only pay for what they sell so they have no risk. The products sell themselves from the market´s widest range of displays.

Our “Boutique” and “We are Different” concepts have increased sales for tens of thousands of stores worldwide, it has also opened new types of stores that previously did not sell cards & gifts.

You will receive full support and training from Card Group and the current Master Franchisee during the takeover period. Thereafter you will receive ongoing support from Card Group.

Your team have their own territories and they provide a sales & merchandising service to stores. You will be responsible for administration, recruitment, training, key accounts and ongoing support to your team.

Card Group provides you with:

• Initial training in Sweden, thereafter startup support in Denmark and then regular support ongoing.
• A complete business system to help you run a successful business which includes on-going support, access to intranet manual, sales and promotional materials, etc.

The applicant must have sales and business experience plus the ability to finance the takeover of the current running business. The estimated amount required is approx. DKK 5 million. Part of this amount is for the initial purchase price of the business and the remaining amount is to provide guarantees for the bank overdraft limit.
