As the founder and principal of his own consulting firm, Alan provides strategic business consulting services to the medical device industry, focusing on eye health. Through his leadership position with Valenta BPO, he is able to provide his business partners with an enormous portfolio of solutions for staffing, digital transformation, and organization that only large enterprises could previously afford.

Treat people with respect, and take pride in what you do. Relationships and trust predicate success and longevity.

What is the key factor in your current business success?

I work to provide solutions which are best for each customer, and never assume I know their challenges before they share them. Collaborating on projects with the goal of mutual benefit and mutual ownership is paramount, when possible. If there is not a short term solution that I can provide which benefits a customer, I have confidence that there will be at a later time.
