About you: who you are

You are a driven, highly experienced and strategically gifted financial expert with an extensive network in, and a strong affinity for, corporate structuring and financing solutions. Your expertise in identifying opportunities and building long-term relationships makes you an excellent connector between businesses and investors. You have a solid understanding of market trends and a vision for capital sourcing. You like to work independently but being part of a dynamic international team also appeals. And you have outstanding negotiation, communication, relationship-management and problem-solving skills.

This full-time role combines independence with close collaboration with your Kylla colleagues. We ask for a commitment in the form of a joining fee of €6,000 that secures full access to our extensive resources and network benefits.

What you will be doing in this role

• Introduce opportunities to Kylla: You bring interesting clients and investors to our company.
• Lead the sales process: You cover the full cycle, from prospecting to closing, to after-sales and building a lasting relationship.
• Execute mandates: From kick-off to funding success, you are the first point of contact between Kylla and the client. You set up meetings, reach out to investors and make every effort to serve the client successfully.
• Contribute to Capital Calls: You take part in our Capital Calls – internal updates on active mandates, investment opportunities and best practices.
• Support client pre-pitches: You join us in providing feedback to new-client CEOs and MTs as we prepare to pitch their venture to investors.

• Guaranteed salary: We pay you €3,250 per month as a draw-against commission, providing financial stability as you build your network and client base.

• In-house training: Join our training program at our’s-Hertogenbosch office in The Netherlands to get up to speed, sharpen your skills, and gain practical know-how.

• Professional presentation: Have your profile on Kylla’s website and personal Kylla business cards.
• Legal and marketing support: Get access to standardised templates and in-house support to improve your offerings to clients.
• Advanced CRM system: Get full access to our CRM system and daily check-ins, enabling you to structure your work effectively and enhance your success.
