This is a senior performance-based opportunity for professionals who excel in lead generation, high level deal sourcing, pitching, and closing transactions.

The Role

• Position: Investment Partner
• Title: Investment Manager
• Location: Flexible, remote with occasional travel
• Commitment: Full time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Compensation: Commission based, Up to Euro 3,000 investment required
• Commission of up to 50 percent based on performance, with additional upside through bonus pools, success overrides, and long-term transactional income.
• This role is focused on revenue generation, mandate execution, and client conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• High level deal sourcing and commercial lead generation
• Active prospecting and qualification of potential commercial clients and investors
• Conducting professional introduction and assessments
• Creating, structuring, and presenting compelling proposals
• Pitching Kylla’s services and investment solutions to decision makers
• Leading negotiations and closing mandates with strong execution discipline
• Venture capital selling and corporate finance mandate origination
• End to end execution of signing up clients
• Ongoing client relationship management to drive repeat business and referrals
• Working closely with Kylla’s leadership and execution teams to deliver transactions

About You

• Strong commercial skills with a proven ability to sell professional services or investments
• Experience in corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, or related advisory roles
• Confident in lead generation, prospecting pitching, and negotiation
• Comfortable conducting introduction calls and managing senior stakeholders
• Highly self-motivated, execution focused, and results driven
• Excellent English communication and relationship management skills
