In BodyBase you are able to enjoy the benefits from different variations of Reformer pilates with our Black and White Labels. We take you to workout from a high intensity classes to slow burn, deep muscles focused lessons to stretching and barre.

In White Label we offer a fusion of the sweet science of a reformer pilates and the best principles of yoga on our Baseline. In this class you are able to focus on your breathe while challenging your body and fuelling your mind.

In the Black Label you are able to enjoy dynamic blend of strength, high intensity training and cardio on our Baseline. This workout will leave your legs shaking, your body sweating and your soul longing for more.

Not only are you able to enjoy different variations of Reformer Pilates, but also you are able to enjoy the Ace- and the Baseline machines together in our fusion studio. With this workout you are able to get the full benefits, from both of the machines in only one class!

The BaseLine is versatile, more efficient and safer than a traditional reformer pilates machine. It is suitable for strength, high intensity, yoga & pilates.

How did we get here?

Sabrina is the founder of BodyBase. She has always been addicted to fitness, but when she was working as opening Director of a new Marriott Hotel in Dubai, she did not have time to work out anymore. That was when she thought “there must be more people like me, who are busy with work, with family, and still want to work out to feel and look great”. So she quit her job, and then the magic happened.

In 2019, Sabrina teamed up with a Dutch product development team, with one common goal- to create a machine that could do it all. And so they did. The BaseLine and Aceline machines are their own high quality, innovative, smart reformer machines that are not only part of BodyBase studios, but can also be found in Hotels. The BaseLine and Aceline provides the possibility for unique workout methods where ever the person is located.

Sabrina’s background in hospitality was key to develop BodyBase a high-end boutique fitness chain in the Netherlands in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the home of the BodyBase unique workout methods.

BodyBase franchising offers countless opportunities. It covers everything from training to instructors, studio setup assistance, platform setup, and strategy support to continuous business development.

We have created a working concept and the workouts that are always fully-booked, now we need you to jump on board with us.

Although initial expenses for opening a new studio can differ depending on the location, a typical costs is between 100 000-200 000€. Our franchise fee is 8/10%. The starting fee is 15000€ and includes marketing, training of trainers, and website set up.
