Who this opportunity is for

The ideal European Master Licensee is an established multi-market food services group, hospitality company, or international business organization with operations across multiple European countries. You have experience managing diverse regional markets, relationships with suppliers and corporate clients across borders, and understanding of European business environments. Previous experience in food retail, catering, hospitality, or franchise operations is valuable. The right partner combines entrepreneurial vision with operational infrastructure capable of supporting multi-country growth.

Training and support

Training begins at UFG headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida, covering operations, supply chain development, franchisee recruitment and support, multi-market management, and European regulatory navigation. UFG provides on-site support during your initial launches in key European markets.
