After nearly ten years as an attaché and cabinet adviser, he made a conscious career switch at the end of 2024, founding Ready4AI to guide non-technical professionals in adopting AI. Now, he is fully committed to Valenta. “I strongly believe in the power of AI to future-proof organizations,” Thomas explains. “With Valenta, I can connect my technical knowledge with strategic insight while relying on an international delivery team for implementation.
