Hamiltons of London - Altea – New Office – Beautiful Location
Hamiltons of London have been helping people search for their dream home for sale in the Costa Blanca for over 25 years, as well as being their for those selling a property in order to move on to pastures new, sometimes still within the region. We love this business of making dreams come true and with our reputation for professional trustworthy service have been making every effort to expand. With this in mind we have been looking for dedicated entrepreuneurs wanting to build up their own busniness in Spain and it is, therefore, with great pleasure that we welcome Alberto and Adam to the Hamiltons of London family.
After a lot of hard work they have now opened a new Hamiltons of London branch in the beautiful town of Altea. However, their focus does not lie soley in this jewel of the Costa Blanca but, also extends down the coast towards Alicante to introduce you to properties for sale in Benidorm, Villajoyosa, Albir and other wonderful locations. Some properties for sale are in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean, others are located in lively areas where there are more employment opportunities and some sea front luxury villas are also included in their growing portfolio.
The Altea Team – The A-Team
Alberto Bouwman has a lot of experience to make a real mark in the real estate industry in and around Altea and is fluent in five languages a massive benefit in this international market. He is very familiar with the property market in the area and will be very happy to help and ensure satisfaction to customers whether they are buying, selling or interested in the rental market. Working together with Alberto is Adam Chambers who is a long term Spanish resident with a passion for meeting people and building lasting connections and friends. He is enthusiastic and ready to meet the challenges of operating a new office and is a great asset with his extensive knowledge of the local property market. Between them our Altea team have over 20 years experience not just with sales but, with providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile to ensure clients negotiate their way within the Spanish property market.
