1. How did you come to the decision to become a Valenta Managing Partner?
“I reached a point where I no longer wanted to just advise businesses from the sidelines. I wanted to build something myself, with real ownership and long-term impact.
I met many entrepreneurs working incredibly hard, yet still stuck in manual processes and repetitive tasks. Valenta gave me a way to help them free up time and grow, while building my own business at the same time.
What ultimately convinced me was the combination of entrepreneurial freedom, a clear and proven model, and the fact that AI is at the core of everything.”
2. What were you doing before Valenta, and what drew you toward a new direction?
“Before Valenta, I spent years in management roles within large organizations. Performance mattered, but in the end, I was always building someone else’s plan.
I enjoyed the work, but I increasingly felt the need to create something of my own. I wanted to choose the clients and projects I truly believed in.
I was looking for a path where my effort would directly translate into value, both for clients and for my family. Valenta felt like the right next step.”

“My advice is to be clear about your motivation. If you want freedom and ownership, you also need to be ready for the discipline that comes with it.
Speak with existing partners, ask the difficult questions, and think about how you will build relationships in your market.
If you enjoy working with business owners and turning problems into clear actions, you will feel at home.
And yes, I would make the same choice again. It is challenging, but in the right way. It helps you grow as an entrepreneur and as a person.”
