Franchisee Requirements
We do not set any particularly special requirements for franchisees.However, as a minimum condition, we believe the most important factor is that you genuinely enjoy and appreciate the taste of our curry.
In addition, we ask for the following basic commitments:
- Use of Curry Roux and Spices Supplied by Our Headquarters in Japan (Currently, our central kitchen is located only in Japan)
- Completion of Training at Our Headquarters
A minimum of one week of intensive training will be provided, along with ongoing local support.
- Compliance with Brand Guidelines
While localized adaptations are possible for each country, maintaining brand consistency is required, and katsu curry must be included on the menu.
