Scope may encompass 2–6 countries depending on strategic fit and organizational capacity. As Master Licensee, you develop locations across your territory, recruiting and training sub-franchisees or managing company-operated locations.

• Ensure consistent Office Evolution brand standards and operational efficiency across markets
• Manage multi-country operations and support franchisees or locations

Who this opportunity is for

The ideal European Master Licensee is an established real estate or commercial services group with operations across multiple European markets. You have experience managing diverse regional markets, relationships with commercial real estate professionals and corporate clients across borders, and understanding of European business environments.

Training and support

Training begins at Vast Coworking Group headquarters in Austin, Texas, covering real estate strategy and location selection, operational systems and single-employee management, franchisee recruitment and support, multi-market management, and financial planning for regional growth. Vast Coworking provides on-site support during your initial European launches. Ongoing support includes access to proprietary operations and technology systems, member acquisition and marketing strategies, real estate vendor relationships, multi-market operational guidance, and regular strategic reviews.

Office Evolution's corporate systems and international communications operate in English. The Master Licensee's leadership should include strong English proficiency for effective coordination with Vast Coworking Group. Local-language operations across your European territory are standard practice.
