The Master License opportunity

A Master License gives you the exclusive rights to develop and grow the Venture X franchise across your European territory. You’re not just opening one location—you’re building an entire network. You’ll open your own flagship location (the brand’s showcase) while recruiting and supporting qualified franchisees who open additional locations in multiple German cities.

This is a business-building enterprise with multiple revenue streams: profits from your own flagship location, franchise sales fees from new Venture X operators you recruit, and ongoing royalties from their memberships and ancillary services. Typical flagship locations occupy 15,000-25,000 sq ft and generate revenue from memberships, meeting room rentals, private office leases, event hosting, and community programming. As Master Licensee, you earn royalties on all franchise activity in your territory.

Your role as Master Licensee

• Open and operate a flagship Venture X location in a major European business center as the brand’s showcase for the continent, setting design, service, and operational standards
• Recruit qualified franchisees across your European territory to build a multi-city network of premium coworking locations in major business centers
• Provide training, operational support, and quality oversight to your franchisee network, ensuring consistent brand experience and premium standards
• Guide franchisees on site selection and commercial real estate strategy that meets Venture X specifications and European market dynamics
• Ensure brand standards, hospitality principles, and premium member experience are maintained across all locations
• Develop marketing strategies and corporate partnerships tailored to European business communities and professional networks
