Training and support

Training begins at UFG headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida, with an intensive program covering business valuation, transaction structuring, advisor recruitment and management, multi-market operations, and Transworld's systems. Ongoing support includes proprietary valuation and transaction technology adapted for European markets, centralized marketing resources, strategic guidance on multi-market expansion sequencing, advisor training and certification programs, franchise consulting support, and direct access to UFG's international team.
