About Us

DPE was established as a general contractor in 2016. Since then, we have developed a proven and effective model for home construction, leveraging modern IT tools for both sales operations and project management. Over the years, we have successfully completed several hundred projects as a general contractor for single-family homes. The company has expanded its operations to include a design office, which in 2023 alone executed 300 home projects.

Financials

We believe in long term partnership that brings success to you, that is why we keep our franchise fee low in comparison to potential profits. We want you to be paid before us, that is why ongoing royalty fee and marketing fee payments are based on your revenue received.

• Initial Franchise Fee: €35,000
• Annual renewal fee: €3,500
• On-going royalties: 3% of revenue
• Marketing fee: 1% of revenue
• Minimum cash required: €150,000
