The Sub Republic or TSR as we sometimes call it is a completely different animal! With its crazy tonality where we work with, among other things, speech bubbles with quotes in the restaurants, neon signs and other simple design solutions without it feeling cheap, we can with very simple means re-design a venue at a very low cost. We can easily take over another concept's premises or build from scratch depending on the offer we receive from the landlord.

Our range consists of well-composed flavor combinations in different bread solutions and salads, which means that no cooking is required, only assembly is carried out. This in itself makes our concept accessible to many landlords and premises solutions as no ventilation is needed for our concept. It also keeps the initial establishment cost down as our machinery is limited compared to, for example, a hamburger restaurant.

We currently have units in Sweden and will make our entry into Greece in the spring of 2025 through a partner. Through collaborations and rapid expansion, we want to become a player to be reckoned with within the next five years.

We are looking for you who want to become a master franchisee in Germany, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania.

Franchise Structure

Entry Fee: 5 000 EUR

Franchise fee: 10% deducted directly on each transaction. The fee is used as follows:

2% Charity

3% Marketing

5% OH+ Royalty

Build/Starting cost: Normally between 15-25,000 EUR

We offer a low price for the rights but want you to establish a predetermined number of units in the next 5 years.
