That's why we've created an innovative approach to preparing, processing and combining seafood.

The result? Visually appealing dishes, a real gustatory "love at first sight" that will make you want to come back.

 

Fresh, quick and tasty

All our dishes are prepared in a quick and easy way. The ingredients are pre-cut and the fish requires a short cooking time, allowing a large number of meals to be served in a short time (3 to 5 minutes per dish) with a reduced staff.

 No imitation fish with us! We use whole fish fillets with a delicate taste, combined with ingredients that enhance it without masking it.

Our burgers are served in soft buns that enhance the flavor. To preserve the taste of the fish, we use simple seasonings, accompanied by vegetables and homemade sauces inspired by the Mediterranean (olive oil, lemon, garlic, capers). For the breaded fish, we offer a slightly spicy sauce, melted cheese and crispy onions.

A simple and effective concept

The Fish Delish franchise offers a casual and trendy dining experience. Each dish is packaged in disposable packaging. Customers order and pick up their order at the counter, then choose to eat in or take out. Thus, in case of high attendance, the sale is not limited by the number of seats.

Dedicated areas are provided for disposing of used packaging and trays. No need for additional staff for service, table cleaning or washing dishes. We aim for simple and efficient operation.

 

Training and support for the franchisor

1. We offer a detailed business plan, from ordering the materials (equipment, furniture, utensils, decoration) to the preparation of the dishes, including the cleaning and closing of the restaurant at the end of the day.
2. Once the process is finalized, each franchisee will have a kitchen equipped to create dishes quickly and efficiently with a minimum of employees and impeccable quality.
3. Part of the training can be done online, but the majority takes place on-site. The franchisee also receives all the necessary materials: operations manual, recipe book, preparation lists, food cost calculation spreadsheets, food preparation videos, list of necessary materials and, of course, all the design elements of the restaurant.
4. We accompany the franchisee during the opening and remain available for advice or ongoing assistance.
