About you: who you are

You are an ambitious financial expert with a solid network in the financial sector. Your experience in identifying opportunities and maintaining long-term client partnerships make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are sales-driven with a keen understanding of corporate structuring and capital sourcing. You enjoy working independently and with a team as part of a dynamic international environment. Your relationship-building skills and client-focused approach make you a strong asset in
connecting businesses with investors. You also have outstanding negotiation, communication, relationship-management and problem-solving skills.

Associate Partner with Kylla is a full-time role, although part-time is possible. We ask for a commitment in the form of a joining fee of €3,000. This secures your access to our premium resources, exclusive training and Kylla’s global network.

What you will be doing in this role

• Introduce opportunities to Kylla: You bring interesting clients and investors to our company.
• Execute the sales process: You work alongside our investment managers, guiding your leads through the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Leverage our Investor Circle: You use your access to our investor database and Kylla Investor Circle to support your efforts to connect clients with capital opportunities and build meaningful relationships with investors.
• Contribute to Capital Calls: You take part in our Capital Calls – internal updates on active mandates, investment opportunities and best practices.
• Support client pre-pitches: You join us in providing feedback to new-client CEOs and MTs as we prepare to pitch their venture to investors

• Advanced CRM system: Get access to Kylla’s CRM system and regular check-ins to organise your work efficiently and align with our strategic objectives.
